All accounts must have a state tax certificate to operate as a retailer / reseller of our merchandise. All new account registrations are reviewed to ensure that retailers are a good fit with Custom Spoon and subject to approval according to Custom Spoon’s discretion. All websites and online marketplace stores will be checked by Custom Spoon. Custom Spoon reserves the right to refuse any reseller's request to sell or display our products at any time. Retailers engaging in unapproved use of third-party websites are in violation of this policy and are subject to their account being terminated or suspended.
Terms of Sale
Spoons are made to order and require advanced payment. Payments can be made via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Order cancellations at the request of the customer must be submitted in written format via email within 24 hours of purchase.
